When: Wednesday 8 April from 10.00am – 11.30am GMT via Zoom.
What to expect: In this interactive session you will explore key aspects when facilitating online; from participant engagement, to creating personal connection, to having a (tech-)buddy and a variety of other methods to result in highly effective online facilitation.
About the trainer: Charo Lanao-Madden is a highly experienced trainer and coach based in Northern Ireland and working with people and communities in 15 countries around the world, regularly using online tools.
